Availability and Pricing
Rothstein Catalog On Disaster Recovery maintains
most titles in
our catalog in inventory for quick shipment other than “limited availability”
or “special order” items. Over the past year, 96% of orders
shipped within 24 hours. Please check with us if you have a particular
concern or requirement about availability, pricing or shipping costs.
Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time.
Shipping and Handling Charges
A handling charge of $7.00 applies to each order shipped within the continental United States; US$15.00 to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses.
Foreign Orders
Orders outside the United States must be prepaid,
in U.S. dollars drawn on a US bank. Credit card payments or wire transfers
are accepted (see below for instructions).
Standard shipping charge for all orders other than within the United States
or Canada is 25% of the total merchandise ($15.00 minimum). Where possible,
we may discount these charges although we do not guarantee this because
of extra packaging, documentation, customs
handling and base shipping costs to many countries. We guarantee that
standard shipping charges will not exceed this amount, and may be lower.
A surcharge may apply to shipment to certain countries or destinations

like us to provide an estimate of shipping costs.
Customs duties, locally imposed taxes or import fees are always
the responsibility of the purchaser.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only for orders shipped within
Connecticut. Please include applicable local sales tax.
If your organization is not subject to sales tax and you are located
in Connecticut, please provide the appropriate exemption form or equivalent
with your order.
Credit Card Orders
Credit card orders are accepted through our Secure
web server, by telephone, mail or fax. We accept Discover Card, MasterCard,
Visa or American Express. For established accounts, credit card orders
may be sent via E-mail, following the procedure detailed below.
Please include the account number, expiration date, precise name on the
credit card, and credit card billing address if it is different than the
shipping address.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders will only be accepted from established
accounts;
or, from government agencies or Fortune 500 corporations within
the United States.
Purchase orders will not be honored if there is an existing, past due
balance. All orders outside the United States must be prepaid, with the
exception of purchase orders from established accounts with prior authorization
and clear payment history. Call, fax or E-mail us
for authorization.
Payment terms are net, thirty days; 1.5%/month late charge after
30 days.

Please be sure to identify the individual who is the recipient of the
order, along with their postal address, fax number and E-mail address
so that we may communicate about the order as well as keep them informed
of new products and special offers. This may be different from billing
or shipping addresses.
Payment
by Wire Transfer
For payment by wire transfer, e-mail info@rothstein.com
for payment amount, account and bank routing information. A $20.00 wire
transfer charge will be added to your total. Please advise us by e-mail
when a wire transfer is sent, and always include our reference number
with your wire transfer.
Ordering by E-mail
E-mail orders will be accepted only from established
accounts.
We do not recommend including credit card information in any
E-mail messages; the messages may be viewed or intercepted by
an unauthorized party and Rothstein Associates Inc. is not liable
for any resulting loss or expense.
If you wish to order by e-mail, include all of the relevant information
contained in the order form. Submit the credit card information by fax,
or phone. You may also use our Secure server for transmission of credit
card information along with your order;.

If you have ordered previously and are using the same credit card, you
can provide just the last four digits of the credit card number in your
e-mail with your order.

Rothstein Associates Inc. is committed to the security
of our credit transactions.
- Credit card data submitted through our
secure interface is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption
with multiple passwords.
- Access to credit card data is limited to our most trusted employees,
only as needed; physical access is carefully restricted.
- Your credit card data is managed behind firewalls, is encrypted and
kept on an isolated computer.
"Rush" Orders
"Rush" priority service is available for
an additional charge of fifteen percent of the total merchandise ordered,
US $25.00 minimum. As practical, processing and shipment of your order
will be expedited and it will be sent the fastest method practical(typically
Airborne Express or Federal Express). If you provide an E-mail address,
we
will inform you of the airbill number.
Street address (not PO Box) and phone number are required for
"Rush" Orders.
Alternately, you may provide your own Federal Express, Airborne Express
or DHL billing information. Expedited order processing is available for
a flat fee of US $15.00. Be sure to provide specific shipping instructions
if you elect this option.
Shipping
Most other orders are shipped from our warehouse
within three business days although you should allow up to four weeks
for delivery. We normally ship US orders via US Postal Service Priority
Mail, Airborne Express or U.P.S.
A few products are drop-shipped directly from the publisher or manufacturer.
In the event of a backordered item, we will notify you if there is likely
to be a significant delay. It is important that you provide a method to
contact you (fax, E-mail, voice phone number).
Shipping Address
Please provide your full street address. We
generally cannot ship to post office boxes. Additional handling charges
may be incurred if a street address is not provided.

Return Policy
If for ANY reason you are dissatisfied with any product,
unused and undamaged merchandise in saleable condition may be returned
for refund or credit within thirty days of receipt. Special Order items
are not returnable. Software products (except Special Order) are returnable
only if the seal is unbroken.
Returns may be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Please check with us BEFORE returning any product for a return
authorization (RMA) number; otherwise we cannot guarantee your account
will be correctly or promptly credited. Please let us know in what way
the product was unsatisfactory.
Quantity Pricing and Enterprise/Site

Quantity discounts are available on many products.
In general, quantity discounts for most books and videos began at five
units of one item purchased, or at three units on some items over $150.
